Gift Guide for the Entrepreneurs in Your Life
Sometimes when you tell people you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, they shrug their shoulders or look at you quizzically because they aren’t totally sure what that means or if you even work. I have been self-employed for over a decade now and not a single person in my family can tell you what I do. They just know I’m good at it! Lol. So, if you have someone in your life who is self-employed, an independent contractor, or a small business owner - know they are working extra hard during this pandemic and your support means so much to the entrepreneur’s in your life! I’ve listed some great gift ideas that are thoughtful, fun, and would seriously bring them some joy during the Holiday season or any time of the year!
-PRX 5 Day Challenge
We are sitting down too much! Entrepreneurs must take care of their physical health and Yusef Myers will push you! PRX is one of the best fitness programs I have ever tried and it’s one of the few where I have experienced real results. The commitment for one week is low, $20, and you can work out live or catch the recordings later (which I do). It is intense but you can work up to it. While you are at it buy one for yourself, you won’t regret it! You can sign up via his Instagram account @ IAMPRX!
-Dorothy B Candles
I like candles...but, during this pandemic, I have learned to love candles courtesy of my youngest niece. She's a full-time student who wanted some candles for her birthday to include in her “self-care” regimen. When I bought her a candle, I threw one in for myself, and oh boy...the calming effect is a 10/10 and the scent is lovely! It isn’t too strong but is noticeable, they are soy-based so safe for the environment and for my allergies. It is a must-have in your work from home space…
Candles start at $25… a very close runner up is Homesick candles, slightly pricier but also have some great scents. (I’m partial to Delaware and Love.)
-Fresh Beginnings Cookies
Do I really need to explain this gift? Everyone needs to satisfy their sweet tooth sometimes. Fresh Beginnings is another small business in Georgia that has some of the best cookies ever! They also have tins that your entrepreneur will love and can reuse.
My favorites are their chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies! Check out their line of Thank You tins...prices start at $29!
-Selfie Ring Light with Stand
Trying to find good lighting during video meetings can be hard! Despite my lighting, my window, and enhanced settings on my video platforms, my videos always looked dark. This ring light will have all your angles bright and perfectly illuminated. If you don’t have space for the large standing ring light this is a win for any entrepreneur. It attaches to your desk or even your laptop and you can adjust the light, intensify the light and it even has a place to hold your smartphone for videos, etc. This is one of the best purchases I have made since the Pandemic started and it is back in stock at Amazon for under $30.
Please note I am not associated with any of these brands and received no compensation for promoting them. I truly selected products and programs that I used and love! If you are an entrepreneur let me know what your must-have items are!
Happy Holidays!
