Starting your business in a post-pandemic world can feel a little like you're the first person who ever tried learning how to swim. What guarantees do you have that you won't step in and sink clear to the bottom of the lake?

Fears of this nature are common when you consider the instability the pandemic forced on so many people (financial, emotional, and personal relationships). Pushing past all that to the business itself, there are three common fears likely to hold you back, and they must be dealt with.

After a year of the pandemic, the balance between mental health and work has become more important than ever. To help maintain this balance, there are important things we’ve learned from this pandemic that can help shape the way we implement wellness programs in the workplace. To Vaccinate or Not? The Dilemma of the Entrepreneur and Small Business Owner

As a small business entrepreneur, the question remains: should you get the vaccine? Should you encourage your employees to get it? And what are the risks?

There are no easy answers in this discussion. It is easy to take a laissez-faire approach, but leading a team means more responsibility. What is Your Theme Song?

When I first heard about theme songs, I was in high school watching Ally McBeal. If I remember correctly, the lead actress was motivated by the smooth crooning of R&B Legend Barry White. In fact, not only did she hear his music but she even had the benefit of a cameo by the star when she needed motivation.

Now, I can’t guarantee that your favorite artist will show up when you select your theme song (at least outside of your imagination) but there are a ton of benefits to embracing as your theme song- especially as we deal with the challenges of this Pandemic.
